FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE:

DENVER, CO – Serenity App, Inc., maker of Serenity Engage, a collaborative conversation platform for senior care, today announced their acceptance into The Eden Alternative’s Value-Added Partner Program.

“We take our Value-Added Partner Program very seriously,” says Chris Perna, CEO of The Eden Alternative. “Serenity Engage’s mission and offering are ideally aligned with our Domains of Well-Being, especially when it comes to having freedom from anxiety, being ‘seen’, feeling connected, and creating meaningful and joyful moments. We are excited to have this power partnership.”

At a time when senior living needs support, not blame, The Eden Alternative and Serenity Engage’s partnership is furthering quality of life for Elders and their care partners, which includes family, regardless of where they are located.

“Research has long shown, and our clients are experiencing similar results, that collaborative care has extraordinary benefits including higher job satisfaction for care staff, increased revenue for senior living communities and providers, lower anxiety for families, and better quality of life for our Elders,” says Katherine Wells, CEO of Serenity Engage. “And interestingly, these things also have a positive impact on infection control. Our power partnership with the Eden Alternative helps us continue to drive the culture shift that is needed in the industry.”

“I think we have an obligation to communicate better, because too many people are feeling disconnected, driving them to bring their loved one home when they are not equipped to provide the care level needed,” says Perna. “Serenity Engage provides that conversation and collaboration that is so needed for our Elders and their care partners.”
